Prerequisites :

Satisfactory completion of a DTS or CDTS. It would be preferable for the applicant to have some previous CDTS staff experience but for all satisfactory applicants we are committed to on the job training.
A heart to not just multiply CDTS's but to see growth in CDTS staff.
